RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return can be initiated within 3 (Three) calendar days of the receipt. Please make sure the package stays in as-is condition you received it in. Any tampering with the product would deem the return request void.

We allow returns for the following reasons:

In-authentic product :

Though we go to great lengths to ensure no fakes/counterfeits infiltrate our channels, if you still suspect the product to be inauthentic, you are completely covered under our lifetime Authenticity guarantee. The return window of 3(Three) days is relaxed in such cases indefinitely and you can initiate a return by contacting our customer support team. We only ask that:

  • You provide a detailed description of the process that led to the conclusion of you deeming it inauthentic.
  • You retain the original invoice, product condition, box, dust bag, packaging, and any accompanying accessories.
  • You do not tamper with or remove any tags from the product. Our Guarantee is conditional on being able to identify the product with its codes & tag chips on. All our High-value products (> Rs 30,000/$400) ship with microchips and due to the prevalence of first copies we cannot entertain any returns with tags/chips tempered in any way.
  • After we receive your return, it will be assessed by our in-house experts and 3rd party authentication partner. If our investigation deems the product inauthentic your return will be processed within 7 business days.**Entrupy or Authenticate first would be used as the final authority for any disputes related to authenticity.

Inaccurate description :

We advise all our customers to carefully read the descriptive text of each product. We try to be as exhaustive and accurate with the condition of the piece as possible, but we still advise you to verify it by zooming the high-resolution product pictures.

Even though we have tried to standardize our condition guide, sometimes the perspective can still be subjective. If you would like to return your piece for inaccurate description you must initiate the return within 3 days of receipt and ship it out to us within 3 days of return label generation. We will verify the discrepancy, if deemed significant you will be refunded the complete amount including the shipping charges.

If your return does not qualify for a refund, we will let you consign the piece back with us at no additional cost and you will receive the complete sale proceed.

Product damage :

All to & fro shipping from our warehouses is insured at no cost to you. If you detect damage with the product, please send us pictures of the damage and we will initiate a return pickup for you. If the damage occurred during transportation, we reserve 3600 renderings of each product in our inventory which helps us rectify such lapses.

 

  • Open deliveries are not eligible for return.
  • Misfits/mismatch in sizes are not eligible for return.
  • Returns can only be made for domestic orders (India, Singapore) all international orders are final sale.

Refunds :

For payments done through Net banking, bank transfer, Credit/Debit cards the refund amount will be reversed within 7 Business days after we receive the product back.

For payments done through COD, a payment reversal fee of 1% the total amount will be charged and the payment will be made to your primary payment method as mentioned in your user account or a payment method separately provided by you at the time of refund approval.

[ Special note for our customers in Singapore, beginning 07/04/2019 as per the directive issued by IRBM, Sales and services tax (SST) on cross border payment processing charges can no longer be reversed, a nominal charge towards that purpose will be deducted from the refund amount]

 

Cancellations:

  • We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible therefore orders are put in pipeline in real-time often within 10 mins of you placing an order, therefore in most cases we are unable to cancel an order once placed. We may still be able to assist you with cancellation if your order hasn’t been entered in the system, please contact our customer support team promptly for assistance in this regard.
  • In very rare cases we reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control if we are unable to service it. We will promptly inform you and return the complete amount to the original payment method within 3 Business days in such cases.
  • We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we discover discrepancies with the depiction of the product listing and the actual product during our in-house verification. Our Foremost mandate is to protect our customers and if we discover the product was incorrectly/ insufficiently depicted by the individual seller, we will cancel the order and reverse the complete amount within 2 Business days.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return?

  • Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the subject “ Return Request-order no- #####”
  • Once your request is qualified, it will be issued an RMA number with a return pickup label.
  • Pack the item as received and hand over your item to our shipping partner (FedEx).
  • Once we receive and verify the product your payment will be reversed within the stipulated time.
